Studio Amministrativo & Tributario (SA&T) was founded in 1996 in Milan, and has its offices in Milan, Via Uberto Visconti di Modrone no. 33.

The firm was born from the union of four sole-practitioner firms, typical entities of the Italian professional scene, with the goal to establish an active and organized structure in which each professional can organize his or her activity autonomously but sharing the skills, know how, and experience of all the members.

We closely focused our strategy on the quality of our professional services with the aim of tailoring our services to meet the needs of our clients, this in order to assist them in solving the problems typically managed by the CFOs and CEOs; from basic accounting and business consulting to assistance for M&A operations and tax litigation.

We operate with a flexible but stable organization consisting of accountants, financial and tax advisors, and a selected network of lawyers, notaries and payroll consultants. Our core team includes 5 partners, accountants and auditors and 10 professionals and assistants.

The Firm has built a selected network of relationships, on a nonexclusive basis, with several foreign legal and tax firms, in order to advise domestic Clients on their internationalization process and foreign Clients on their Italian approach.

The Firm’s clients include Italian companies as well as major international groups and other institutional investors doing business in Italy.
